Our office staff performs estimating, drafting, planning, specification, and design for renovation and new construction projects. We can provide in-house drafting with project coordination from the start to end of your project. The quality of our work starts with the quality of our team. We have an extensive shop and field teams, and they are all members of the United Service Workers Union (IUJAT Local 355). The union has a New York state-approved apprenticeship program for sheet metal workers, and we're proud of the many mechanics that have graduated through this four-year program.

Our team includes eight full-time draftsmen, who can turn shop drawings around within 48 hours of your request. We have six full-time project managers on staff to offer assistance and guidance to the field service men and customer-partner teams.

The 120 shop and field staff are trained through the Union Apprenticeship Program and comply with all SMACNA guidelines. This partnership with the union promotes professional standards and ongoing education of the HVAC sheet metal business.
