Ductwork Manufacturing Safety
Our Commitment to Safety and the Environment
At J. M. Haley Corporation, we understand that sheet metal is not always the safest line of work. Plus, any fabrication is going to have an environmental toll. We have to be aware of both risks if we're going to do better.
That's the approach we take at J. M. Haley Corporation. To make our workers safer, we have weekly training in the shop and on each jobsite. We use the OSHA Toolbox Talks, and our crews are trained according to union standards. The majority of our field staff have a minimum of forty (40) hours of safety training with all of the senior mechanics having anywhere from 62 - 182 hours of safety training. We take safety seriously to protect our team and those that interact with our team.
In terms of our environmental impact, we work hard to keep things in line with the latest standards. To support "green building" leed certified projects, JMH protects the fabricated exposed duct sections with blue-wrap to keep free of contaminants until the ductwork is installed on-site. These small efforts provide a big impact on the quality of a clean-air building HVAC system.
Ultimately, what we do matters. We want our work to matter to our employees, communities, and customers like you. Call us now to learn more about how we keep our team and community safe. Ask us for a free estimate and site estimate!
